New Oriental (NYSE: EDU) States that its Policy is Not to Comment on Unusual Market Activity

BEIJING, Dec. 5, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- New Oriental Education and Technology Group Inc. (NYSE: EDU) is the largest provider of private educational services in China. In view of the unusual market activity in the Company's ADS on Tuesday, December 4, 2012, the New York Stock Exchange contacted the Company in accordance with its usual practice. The Company stated that its policy is not to comment on unusual market activity.
